摘 要:我国教师资格证制度的改革,吸引了更多非师范专业毕业生和社会人士进入中小学教师行列。但是,调查发现,由于缺乏专业性的学习和训练,部分非师范背景的教师存在教学理念不清晰、教育教学技能差等问题,不能适应教师工作的要求。因此,应对非师范背景中小学教师的专业化培养给予高度重视。借鉴国外经验,教师资格考试面试环节应增加对教育教学实践能力的考查,教育行政部门应发挥其在提升非师范背景教师教育教学能力中的主导作用,学校应加强对非师范背景教师职业能力的培养。The reform of our country's system of teacher qualification certificate has attracted more graduates of non-education majors and people from the public to enter the ranks of primary and secondary school teachers.However,it is found in investigations that due to the lack of necessary professional learning and training,a considerable part of these teachers of non-education majors have problems such as unclear teaching concepts and poor education and teaching skills,and they can not meet the requirements of teachers'work.Therefore,the professional training of primary and secondary school teachers of non-education majors should be highly valued.Drawing on foreign experience,in the interview part of the teacher qualification examination,the inspection of education and teaching practice ability should be increased;education administrators should play their leading role in improving the education and teaching ability of teachers of non-education majors;schools should strengthen the professional ability training of teachers of non-education majors.
