摘　　要：将社会主义核心价值观融入民法典的提出并不是简单的宣传口号,也不是单纯的主观愿望,事实上,其有内在必然逻辑机理。以对时代问题和中国问题的价值拷问作出回应为逻辑前提,以民法原理与社会主义核心价值观的内在融通为逻辑基础,以制度设计与规范化表达为逻辑展开,切实发挥民法典的规范和保障作用,为民事主体践行社会主义核心价值观确立明确的行为准则。The proposal of integrating core socialist values into the Civil Code is not a simple slogan,nor is it a purely subjective wish.In fact,it has its inherent logical mechanism.The civil code is to respond to the problems of the Times and China as the logical premise,the internal integration of the principles of civil law and the core socialism values are the logical basis,the system design and standardized expression are the logical extension,and thus the normative and safeguard functions of civil code are fully utilized.The civil code establishes a clear code of conducting for civil subjects to practice core socialist values.
