摘  要:采用液-固法加料时间、加料速度、反应温度作为单因素变量,成功制备均匀、纯净的磷酸二氢铝基液,其中磷与铝的物质的量之比为3.1∶1。文章在磷酸铝基液配方的基础上研究了硅钢用磷酸盐环保绝缘涂层液的配方,确定磷酸二氢铝基液配方后,选用丙烯酸树脂作为增韧剂、硅溶胶作为悬浮剂、氧化镁作为固化相,利用盐雾实验、膜层厚度、成膜效果、附着性测试分析涂层的性能,最终确定磷酸盐涂层制备最佳工艺方案如下:氧化镁0.2g,硅胶6g,丙烯酸树脂0.3g。Uniform and pure aluminum dihydrogen phosphate base liquid has successfully prepared by using liquidsolid method feeding time,feeding speed and reaction temperature as single factor variables,in which the ratio of amount of phosphorus and aluminum is 3.1∶1.The paper studies the formulation of phosphate environmental protection insulating coating liquid for silicon steel based on the formulation of aluminum phosphate base liquid and determines the formulation of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution.Then taking acrylic resin as toughening agent,silica sol as suspension agent and magnesium oxide as curing phase,the property of coating is analyzed by salt spray experiment,film thickness,film forming effect and adhesion test.The optimal preparation process of phosphate coating is determined as follows,0.2 g magnesium oxide,6 g silica gel and 0.3 g acrylic resin.
