半夏白术天麻汤加减配合龙氏正骨推拿手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤加减配合龙氏正骨推拿手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年4月笔者所在医院收治的120例颈性眩晕患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例,对照组采用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,研究组在对照组基础上配合龙氏正骨推拿手法治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、眩晕(DHI)评分,比较两组总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前两组中医证候积分、DHI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均低于治疗前,且研究组评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤加减配合龙氏正骨推拿手法治疗颈性眩晕,对患者眩晕症状、中医证候改善作用显著,疗效可靠,可予以推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Longshi Zhenggu massage on cervical vertigo.Method:A total of 120 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the observation group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases).The control group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction addition and subtraction,and the observation group was treated with Longshi Zhenggu massage on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM syndrome score and vertigo score (DHI) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and DHI score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),after treatment,the scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment in the study group was 95.00%,higher than 83.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Longshi Zhenggu massage can improve the symptoms of cervical vertigo and TCM syndrome significantly,with reliable curative effect and can be popularized.
