关节镜半月板成形术联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节半月板损伤患者膝关节活动度及Lysholm、IKDC评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究关节镜半月板成形术联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节半月板损伤患者Lysholm评分、IKDC评分及膝关节活动度的影响。方法:笔者选取本院2018年3月-2019年2月收治的半月板损伤患者94例,随机设为单一组(n=47,应用关节镜半月板成形术治疗)和联合组(n=47,应用关节镜半月板成形术联合玻璃酸钠治疗),观察两组半月板损伤患者Lysholm评分、IKDC评分及膝关节活动度的变化情况。结果:治疗前,两组膝关节活动度、Lysholm评分及IKDC评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组Lysholm评分和IKDC评分均较单一组明显高(P=0.000、0.000)。治疗后,两组的膝关节活动度均大于治疗前,且联合组明显大于单一组(P=0.000)。治疗后,联合组的治疗有效率明显高于单一组(χ^2=4.662,P=0.031)。结论:半月板成形术联合玻璃酸钠治疗半月板损伤患者可以改善膝关节功能,提高手术成功率,为临床治疗提供新的思路。Objective:To explore the effects of arthroscopic meniscus plasty combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on knee range of motion and Lysholm and IKDC scores in patients with meniscus injury of the knee.Method:A total of 94 meniscal injury patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were randomly set as the single group (n=47,treated with arthroscopic meniscus plasty) and the combined group (n=47,treated with arthroscopic meniscus plasty combined with Sodium Hyaluronate),the Lysholm score,IKDC score and the changes of knee range of motion were observed in the two groups.Result:Before treatment,the knee range of motion,Lysholm score and IKDC score of the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm score and IKDC score of the combined group were significantly higher than single group (P=0.000,0.000).After treatment,the knee range of motion in the two groups were greater than before treatment,and the combined group was significantly higher than the single group (P=0.000).After treatment,the effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than single group (χ^2=4.662,P=0.031).Conclusion:Meniscus plasty combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of meniscus injury patients can improve the knee joint function,increase the success rate of surgery,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
