摘  要:目的:探讨α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组织粘合剂在急诊外伤缝合术中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-8月本院急诊收治的120例刀割伤行清创缝合术患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规缝合技术,观察组采用α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组织粘合剂。对比两组止血时间、伤口愈合时间、疼痛评分(VAS)、瘢痕愈合评分(VSS)、患者满意度。结果:观察组止血时间和伤口愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分和VSS评分分别是(4.08±0.85)分和(3.71±1.26)分,显著低于对照组的(6.64±1.37)分和(6.18±1.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度100%,显著高于对照组的93.33%(P<0.05)。结论:α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯组织粘合剂在急诊刀割伤患者中止血效果显著,患者满意度得到提高。Objective:To study the application ofα-cyanoacrylate Isobutyl Acetate Adhesive in suture of knife wound in the emergency.Method:A total of 120 patients with knife injury who received emergency treament of debridement and suturing in our hospital from January to August 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 patients in each group.The control group received conventional suture technology,and the observation group received α-cyanoacrylate Isobutyl Acetate Adhesive.The hemostasis time,wound healing time,VAS score,VSS score and patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The hemostasis time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The VAS score and VSS score of the observation group were (4.08±0.85) scores and (3.71±1.26) scores,which were significantly lower than (6.64±1.37) scores and (6.18±1.63) scores of the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 93.33% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:α-cyanoacrylate Isobutyl Acetate Adhesive has significant hemostatic effect and can improve patients’ satisfaction in patients with suture of knife wound in the emergency.
