切开复位内固定联合低强度脉冲超声波治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨切开复位内固定联合低强度脉冲超声波治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2020年5月收治的50例桡骨远端骨折患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和研究组(n=25),对照组予单纯切开复位内固定治疗,研究组则在切开复位内固定同时联合应用低强度脉冲超声波治疗,比较两组治疗后皮质骨骨密度、骨折愈合时间及腕关节功能。结果:治疗后,研究组皮质骨骨密度较之对照组明显更高,且骨性愈合、临床愈合时间较之对照组明显更早,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组腕关节功能评价优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桡骨远端骨折应用切开复位内固定联合低强度脉冲超声波治疗后,可促进骨折处更快速地愈合,有助于腕关节功能恢复,治疗效果理想,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation combined with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Method:A total of 50 patients with distal radius fracture treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (n=25) and the research group (n=25) by random number table method.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation alone,while the research group was treated with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound combined with open reduction and internal fixation.Cortical bone mineral density,wrist function and fracture healing after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the cortical bone mineral density in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the time of bone healing and clinical healing were significantly earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of wrist function evaluation in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation combined with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound treatment of distal radius fracture can promote faster healing of fracture site,contribute to recovery of wrist function,the treatment effect is ideal,and it is worth promoting.
