肿瘤患者PICC导管相关静脉血栓形成的危险因素及护理干预研究进展

摘　　要：目前经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)在肿瘤患者化疗、抗生素、肠外营养、血液制品输注和血液标本采集等方面得到了广泛应用。但在实际应用中PICC也会引起相关静脉血栓形成,影响治疗安全性。本文现对肿瘤患者PICC导管相关静脉血栓形成的危险因素进行分析,发现患者的基础状况、临床治疗因素、置管因素与静脉血栓形成关联密切,其中患者的基础状况主要包括肥胖、活动量减少、年龄、性别、既往病史,临床治疗因素包括肿瘤类型、肿瘤分期、化疗、放疗史、静脉血栓史,置管因素主要包括导管类型、置管时间。并以此为基础探讨了相应的护理干预方法,旨在防控肿瘤患者PICC导管相关静脉血栓形成,以供参考。At present,peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) has been widely used in tumor patients with chemotherapy,antibiotics,parenteral nutrition,blood product infusion and blood specimen collection.However,PICC can also cause catheter-related venous thrombosis in practical applications,which affects the safety of treatment.This article now analyzes the risk factors of PICC catheter-related venous thrombosis in cancer patients,and finds that the patients’ basic condition,clinical treatment factors,and catheterization factors are closely related to venous thrombosis.The patients’ basic condition mainly includes obesity and reduced activity,age,gender,past medical history,clinical treatment factors include tumor type,tumor stage,chemotherapy and radiotherapy history,venous thrombosis history,catheterization factors mainly include catheter type,catheterization time.Based on this,the corresponding nursing intervention methods were discussed in order to prevent and control PICC catheter-related venous thrombosis in tumor patients for reference.
