孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗对支气管哮喘患者血清sCD86水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对患者血清可溶性CD86(sCD86)、嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年2月收治的80例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象。采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清sCD86、EOS变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组血清sCD86、EOS比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组sCD86、EOS均低于治疗前,且观察组sCD86、EOS均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(92.50%)高于对照组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗可有效缓解支气管哮喘患者临床症状,降低血清中sCD86、EOS表达水平,临床疗效满意,安全性高,值得应用与推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Salmeterol Fluticasone Inhalation in treatment of bronchial asthma and the effect on serum soluble CD86 (sCD86) and eosinophil (EOS) in patients with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 80 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given Montelukast Sodium,and the observation group was given Salmeterol Fluticasone Inhalation on the basis of the control group.The changes of serum sCD86,EOS before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum sCD86 and EOS between the two groups (P>0.05),after treatment,SCD86 and EOS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and SCD86 and EOS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,higher than 72.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast Sodium combined with Salmeterol Fluticasone Inhalation therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma,reduce the expression levels of scd86 and EOS in serum,with satisfactory clinical efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of application and promotion.
