Objective:To observe the application effect of improved intradermal injection in BCG inoculation of neonates.Method:A total of 80 cases of neonatal by random grouping method were divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group, control group of newborns in accordance with the requirements for basic nursing operation process of the conventional intradermal injections vaccinal BCG vaccine, the experimental group of newborns in the improvement of intradermal injection of BCG vaccination.Compared two groups of neonatal BCG vaccination form complete leather high success rate, the vaccination site bleeding rate and microbial spillover rate.Result:The success rate of formation of intact picochus in neonates in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the infiltration rate and bacterial fluid extravasation rate at the inoculation site were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved intradermal injection method can improve the success rate of newborns inoculated with BCG,reduce the infiltration rate and the extravasation rate at the inoculated site, and make the inoculated BCG operation more standardized.
