摘　　要：慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者不宁腿综合征(restless legs syndrome,RLS)发病率较高,导致患者失眠、焦虑抑郁等,增加心血管事件的发生率及死亡率。近年来国内外对RLS的致病因素、诊断依据、治疗等多方面进行了临床研究,对其认识有了很大的进展。本文对CKD患者RLS的发病机制、临床诊断依据及国内国外近来的治疗进展进行综述。Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) have a high incidence of restless legs syndrome (RLS),which can lead to insomnia,anxiety and depression,and increase the incidence of cardiovascular events and mortality.In recent years,the clinical research for RLS on the pathogenic factors,diagnostic basis and treatment have been carried out at home and abroad,and great progress has been made in the understanding of RLS.This article reviews the pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and recent treatment progress at home and abroad of RLS in CKD patients.
