数字医学三维重建技术在小儿腹部闭合性损伤的临床应用

摘　　要：腹部的闭合性损伤是普通外科常见的一类疾病,小儿天性多动,且自我的保护意识差,受伤机率大大增加,其中又以腹部损伤发生的概率较大,占据器官损伤25%。随着现代医疗技术不断发展,数字医学三维重建技术不断应用于临床,广泛用于整形外科、骨科及肝胆外科等。为进一步了解数字医学三维重建技术在小儿腹部闭合性损伤应用效果,笔者就近些年来临床经验结合临床文献做出总结,为儿外科医师治疗方式选择提供理论依据。A common type of diseases in general surgery is abdominal closed injury,children due to hyperactivity,lack of self-protection awareness will increase the risk of injury,in which abdominal injury as a large probability of disease,accounting for 25% of organ injury.With the continuous development of modern medical technology,3D reconstruction technology of digital medicine has been applied in clinical practice,widely used in orthopedic surgery,orthopedic surgery and hepatobiliary surgery.In order to further understand the application effect of digital medical 3D reconstruction technology in children with closed abdominal injury.The author summarizes the clinical experience in recent years combined with the clinical literature to provide a theoretical basis for pediatricians to choose treatment methods.
