摘 要:为提升乘用车车身的防水能力,探讨了车身湿区的水管理方法和阻止车外的水进入车身干区的水管理方法。首先明确了车身湿区、干区的定义和车身湿区、干区的分界面,然后阐述了车身外部的导水、排水设计,后续章节重点分析了外界的水进入车身内部的各类途径,和各类进水途径的封堵方法,最后总结出与防水相关的试验是判定车身密封性能高低的依据。综上,车身水管理也是车身设计的重要环节,好的密封防水性能是设计出来的。In order to improve the waterproof ability of passenger car body,the methods of water management in the wet area of the body and the methods of water management to prevent the water outside the car from entering the dry area of the body are discussed.First,the definition of the body wet area,dry area,and the interface of the wet area,dry area have been clarified,and then expounds the external guide water and drainage design of car body,subsequent chapters,the various ways of the outside world water into the body within,and all kinds of water way of plugging methods are analyzed.Finally it gives a result that the related waterproof test is the determining factor which determines if the basis of body sealing performance can be high or low.To sum up,the body water management is an important part of the body design.Besides,excellent sealing waterproof performance can be designed.
