新时期世界银行政策下的水利合作思考与建议

摘　　要：水利项目是中国利用世界银行贷款项目中的重要组成部分,世行贷款对中国水利发展的理念和体制创新产生了积极影响。随着国际环境变化和中国经济社会发展,世行对华战略发生了相应转变。为适应世行贷款新政策要求,回顾了中国水利行业利用世行贷款的总体情况,分析了世行最新政策,结合当前水利工作的重点任务,提出了新时期中国水利与世行合作的设想和建议。Water projects are an important part of China's projects of World Bank loans,which have had a positive impact on Chinese water development concepts and institutional innovation.With the changes in the international environment and Chinese economic and social development,the World Bank's strategy on China has also seen changed.In order to meet the new requirements of the World Bank loan policies,this article reviews the overall situations of the usage of World Bank loans in the Chinese water sector,makes an analysis of the World Bank new policies,and on the basis of the current key tasks of the water sector,proposes ideas and suggestions for water cooperation between China and the World Bank in the new era.
