摘  要:对数控机床加工LED灯罩壳体的专用夹具结构进行优化设计,将灯罩壳体车削外圆、端面、内孔和抛光外观面2个工序整合为一体,并对优化后的夹具进行定位分析、受力分析、误差分析等。经实践检验,该夹具操作简捷方便、定位准确可靠,改进的加工工艺既能保证零件的加工质量,又能提高生产效率,取得了良好的经济效益。The structure of the special fixture for machining LED lampshade shell on CNC machine tool was optimal designed.The two forming processes of the lampshade housing,namely,turing the outer circle,the end face,the inner hole and the polishing appearance surface were integrated,and the positioning,the stress,the error analysis of the optimized fixture were carried out.After the practices varication,the operation of the fixture was simple and convenient,the positioning was accurate and reliable.
