摘 要:本文分析了当前电力系统仿真所采用的液压随动系统模型的不足,通过对其电液转换单元、液压放大单元、执行机构的内部结构分析,以及试验测试,获得了各环节的传递函数和准确参数。并通过MATLAB Simulink建立了随动系统的准确模型。然后接入PID控制器和各环节反馈进行了闭环测试,通过大、小两种阶跃扰动,开展了实际物理设备的试验和MATLAB仿真试验,并对试验结果进行了对比,表明所建立的液压随动系统模型与实际物理对象拟合度较好,可以提升目前电网仿真所采用的模型精度。This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the hydraulic servo system model used in the current power system simulation.The transfer function and accurate parameters of each link are obtained through the analysis of the internal structure of its electro-hydraulic conversion unit,hydraulic amplifier unit and actuator,as well as the experimental test.The accurate model of the servo system is established by MATLAB Simulink.Then the PID controller and feedback of each link are connected for the closed-loop test.Through the large and small,two kinds of step disturbance,the actual physical device test and MATLAB simulation test are carried out.Finally,the test results are compared and show that the established model of a hydraulic servo system.It shows that the model of hydraulic servo system established has a good fitting degree with the actual physical object,which can be used to improve the accuracy of the model used in current power network simulation.
