摘 要:为比较团体辅导模式与幕课模式的大学生心理健康教育课程的教学效果,抽取两个新生班级,其中一个班级进行团体辅导教学,另外一个班级进行幕课教学,通过课程成绩和成长记录本的分析比较这两种模式的教学效果。结果发现:团体辅导班的课程成绩比幕课班成绩优秀;在心理知识掌握上,幕课班学生收获更多;在心理技能掌握上,团体辅导班收获更多。团体辅导和慕课各有优势,心理健康教育课程可吸纳两者的优势,采用线上慕课+线下团体辅导相结合的教学模式。In order to compare the teaching effect of the mental health education courses for college students under the group guidance mode and the MOOC mode,two freshman classes are selected,one of which is used for group guidance and the other is conducted by the MOOC.Through the analysis of the course scores and growth notebooks,the teaching effects of these two modes are compared.The results show that:the course performance of the group guidance class is better than that of the MOOC class;the students of the MOOC class gain more in the mastery of psychological knowledge;the group guidance class gain more in the mastery of psychological skills.Group guidance and MOOC have their own advantages.Mental health education courses can absorb the advantages of both,and adopt a teaching model that combines online MOOC and offline group guidance.
