摘  要:衬砌混凝土裂缝是高寒区供水渠道局部损毁的常见形式。针对高寒区渠道混凝土主要缺陷类型,综合分析研究了渠道裂缝修复材料、方法和工艺,在此基础上,以提高修复材料抗压强度和黏结强度为目标,开展了改性树脂乳液合成试验。试验结果表明,低水灰比高流动度条件下,树脂乳液砂浆减水率高,具备抗氯离子和抗硫酸盐侵蚀的渗透性能。改性乳液砂浆收缩率明显减小,抗渗性能和抗碳化性能明显提高。在此基础上,根据乳液特性和使用情况,提出了改性树脂乳液砂浆配制及施工要点,为寒区渠道抢险与修复工作提供支撑。Crack of lining concrete is a common form of partial damage for water supply channels in severe cold region.Aiming at the main defect types of channel concrete in severe cold region,the materials,methods and technologies of repairing channel cracks were comprehensively analyzed and studied.On this basis,the synthetic experiment of modified resin emulsion was carried out to improve the compressive strength and bonding strength of the repairing materials.The results show that under the condition of low water-cement ratio and high fluidity,the resin emulsion mortar has high water reduction rate,and has the permeability resistance of chloride ion and sulfate etching.The shrinkage rate of modified emulsion mortar decreased obviously,and the impermeability and carbonization resistance were improved obviously.According to the characteristics and application of emulsion,the key points for preparation and construction of modified resin emulsion mortar were raised,which can provide support for emergency rescue and repair work in cold region.
