摘 要:目的优化抗毒合剂的制备工艺,为其提供稳定可靠的生产参数。方法以绿原酸含量及浸膏得率为考察指标,采用正交设计对水提工艺的提取时间、加水量、提取次数进行优选;以绿原酸含量为指标,考察浓缩及醇沉工艺;再考察矫味剂、抑菌剂、pH值等对成型工艺的影响。结果抗毒合剂最佳制备工艺为加入10倍处方量水,提取煎煮2次,1次3 h,浓缩液相对密度为1.15,乙醇醇沉体积浓度为60%,蔗糖、苯甲酸钠用量及pH值分别为15%、0.2%、5~6。结论优选的抗毒合剂制备工艺稳定可行,重复性好,为抗毒合剂的开发提供了参考。OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation of Anti Toxin Mixture.METHODS With the content of chlorogenic acid and yield of dry extract as evaluation indices,water addition,extraction time and extraction times as influencing factors,the aqueous extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test.With the content of chlorogenic Acid as evaluation indices,the concentration process and alcohol deposition process were investigated.And the effects of taste masking agent,pH value and bacteriostatic agent amounts on the forming process were studied as well.RESULTS Optimum technology of producing Anti Toxin mixture was as follows:extracted 2 times with 5 times the amount of water for 3 h each time,the relative density of the concentrate was 1.15,the concentration of ethanol precipitation was 60%,the optimal forming process was obtained at sucrose,sodium benzoate amounts and pH value of 15%,0.2%and 5-6,respectively.CONCLUSION The optimized processing technology of Anti Toxin mixture preparation is stable,feasible and reproducible,it can provide a reference for development of Anti Toxin mixture Preparation.
