正交试验法优选杜仲健骨丸的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选并确立杜仲健骨丸的最佳制备工艺。方法以杜仲健骨丸的溶散时限、水分为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法对丸剂制备过程中的药/蜜比例(A)、烘干温度(B)、烘干时间(C)3个因素进行优选研究。结果杜仲健骨丸的最佳制备工艺:选择药/蜜比例为0.8进行制软材,制成的丸剂烘干32 h,温度70℃。结论该制备工艺科学合理,重现性好,为制备杜仲健骨丸的最佳工艺。OBJECTIVE To optimize and establish the preparation process of DuZhong JianGu Pills.METHODS The moisture and the dissolution time limit of DuZhong JianGu Pills were used as measure indexes.The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects of the three factors:the ratio of honey to powder(A),the drying temperature(B)and the drying time(C).RESULTS The best preparation process of DuZhong JianGu Pills was as follows:selecting the ratio of honey to powder was 0.8,the drying temperature was 70℃,the time of drying was thirty-two hours.CONCLUSION The preparation process is scientific and reasonable.It is the best process for DuZhong JianGu Pills.
