正交试验法优选桃仁通痹丸的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选并确立桃仁通痹丸的最佳制备工艺。方法以桃仁通痹丸的溶散时限、水份为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法对丸剂制备过程中的炼蜜程度(A)、药/蜜比例(B)、烘干时间(C)3个因素进行优选研究。结果桃仁通痹丸的最佳制备工艺:选择老蜜,药/蜜比例为0.6进行制软材,制成的丸剂烘干32 h。结论该制备工艺科学合理,溶散时限短,为制备桃仁通痹丸的最佳工艺。OBJECTIVE To optimize and establish the preparation process of TaoRen TongBi pills.METHODS Using the moisture and the dissolution time limit of TaoRen TongBi pills as measure indexes,the orthogonal test was employed to test the effects of the three factors:the degree of refining honey(A),the proportion of medicine honey(B)and the drying temperature(C).RESULTS The best preparation process of TaoRen TongBi pills was as follows:selecting old honey,the ratio between drug and old honey was 0.6,the temperature of drying was 32 hours.CONCLUSION The preparation process is scientific and reasonable,and the dissolution time is short.It is the best process for TaoRen TongBi pills.
