摘 要:雷公藤红素(Celastrol)是传统中药雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii)的根部提取的五环三萜类化合物,近年来大量实验研究证明具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗生育、抗凋亡、抗肿瘤、免疫抑制等多种生物活性作用,随着慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)发病率和病死率的升高,COPD已成为全球公共卫生问题之一,因此寻找更为安全有效的治疗药物迫在眉睫。实验研究证实Celastrol具有抗COPD的作用,本文主要通过搜索大量Celastrol相关研究论文,总结近几年雷公藤红素抗COPD作用及作用机制,以期为进一步的临床基础研究提供有用的线索。Celastrol is a pentacyclic triterpenoid extracted from the roots of the traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii.In recent years,a large number of experimental studies have a variety of biological activities such anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-apoptosis,anti-fertility,anti-tumor,immunosuppression et al.Because the incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease increases and becomes a global public health problem,it is extremely urgent to find safer and more effective treatments.The research on the effect and mechanism of celastrol on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has gradually become one of the hotspots of current research.IT confirmed that Celastrol has anti-COPD effects.This article reviews the current research on the action and mechanism of celastrol against chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to provide useful references for further basic research.
