摘　　要：目的建立同时测定软脉灵口服液中丹酚酸B、淫羊藿苷和橙皮苷三种有效成分含量的方法。方法运用HPLC法,于275 nm波长下,Agilent公司C_(18)色谱柱,20μL的进样体积,1.0 mL·min^-1的流速,乙腈-冰醋酸(1%)梯度洗脱。结果与结论本方法下丹酚酸B、淫羊藿苷和橙皮苷三种成分的分离效果较好,专属性良好。通过严谨的方法学考察,表明本研究建立的HPLC法可为提升软脉灵口服液的质量控制水平提供参考。OBJECTIVE A method was established for determination of salvianolic acid B,icariin and hesperidin in RuanMaiLing oral liquid.MEHTODS Using HPLC,Agilent C 18 chromatographic column was eluted by acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid(1%)at a wavelength of 275nm,with an injection volume of 20μL and a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.RESULTS[WTBZ]and CONCLUSION Under this chromatographic condition,the separation of salvianolic acid B,icariin and hesperidin was good and the specificity was good.Through rigorous methodological investigation,it is shown that the method established in this study could provide reference for improving the quality control level of RuanMaiLing oral liquid.
