贝贝止咳露的质量标准提高研究

摘　　要：目的建立贝贝止咳露的定性鉴别方法,为该制剂的质量标准提高提供实验依据。方法通过薄层色谱法对贝贝止咳露方中的川贝母、前胡和麻黄进行定性鉴别研究。结果实验中建立的鉴别方法,斑点明显,分离效果好,阴性对照无干扰。结论本实验建立的贝贝止咳露中川贝母、前胡和麻黄的薄层鉴别方法,专属性强,重复性高且灵敏,方法可行,可作为该制剂质量标准提高的项目及质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish identification method of BeiBe ZhiKe Mixture and provide experimental basis for improving the quality standards of mixture.METHODS TLC was used to identify Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Peucedani Radix and Ephedrae Herba in BeiBe ZhiKe Mixture.RESULTS The identification method established in the experiment has obvious spots,which were good separation and easy to distinguish.CONCLUSION The TLC identification method of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Peucedani Radix and Ephedrae Herba established in this experiment is specific,reproducible and sensitive method is feasible,and be used as the experimental content for improvement of quality standards also as one of the means for the quality control of BeiBe ZhiKe Mixture.
