摘　　要：在近5年间,抗癌药的销售额达到了一个惊人的数字。在众多的抗肿瘤抗生素中,能够进入临床Ⅱ期的很少,获批上市的更少。本文对已上市的抗肿瘤抗生素、临床阶段的新型抗肿瘤抗生素、基础研究阶段的新型抗肿瘤抗生素这些处于各个发展阶段的抗肿瘤抗生素进行综述研究,相信未来能制造出更多更好的抗肿瘤抗生素药物制剂。The sales of cancer drugs reached a staggering figure in recent five years.There were few antitumor antibiotics which was able to enter the period of clinicalⅡ.The antitumor antibiotics in various stages of development were reviewed in this paper.We believe that more and better antitumor antibiotic pharmaceutical preparations can be created in the future.
