抗硫化返原剂WY9188在不同硫化体系配方中的应用

摘　　要：研究抗硫化返原剂WY9188在不同硫化体系配方中的应用。结果表明:抗硫化返原剂WY9188在硫化过程中既能起到部分硫黄的作用,也能起到一定促进剂的作用;抗硫化返原剂WY9188用于不同的硫化体系配方,尤其是高硫低促配方体系中能够得到很好的抗硫化返原、焦烧安全和快速硫化的效果,但对部分物理性能有一定的负面影响,在对物理性能要求很高的产品中使用时需要适当调整配方以达到产品的使用要求。The application of anti-reversion agent WY9188 in different curing system formulations was studied. The results showed that anti-reversion agent WY9188 could not only play a part of the role of sulfur in the curing process,but also play the role of a certain accelerator. The anti-reversion agent WY9188 could provide good anti-reversion property,scorch safety and rapid vulcanization effect when it was used in different curing system formulations,especially in the high sulfur and low acceleration formula system,but it had a certain negative effect on some physical properties. It was necessary to adjust the formula to meet the requirements of the product when WY9188 was used in the products requiring high physical properties.
