摘  要:目的比较分析不同加工方法明党参化学成分含量的变化,探究明党参最佳加工方法。方法 采用紫外-可见分光光度法、高效液相色谱法等方法测定不同加工方法明党参水溶性浸出物、多糖、胆碱、总香豆素、甘露醇、总氨基酸和L-天门冬酰胺的含量,结合性状等因素综合考察明党参最佳加工方法。结果明党参经过水煮后干燥时间减少,药材外观明亮、性状美观,主要有效成分能够被最大程度的保留。结论明党参最佳加工方法为置沸水中煮至无白心,取出,刮去外皮,清水漂洗,干燥。Objective Comparing and analyzing the chemical components of Changii Radix which is processed by different methods in order to explore the optimum processing method.Methods The contents of water-soluble extracts,polysaccharides,choline,total coumarin,mannitol,total amino acids and L-asparagine in Changii Radix which are processed by different methods are determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (UV-Vis) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The best processing method of Changii Radix is determined by combining traits and other factors to comprehensively investigate.Results The drying time of Changii Radix reduces after boiled.The appearance of Changii Radix is brighter.The characters are more beautiful,and the main active ingredients are retained to the maximum extent.Conclusion The optimum processing method is that when Changii Radix is boiled in water until there are no white hearts,take it out,scrape off the periderm,and then rinsed with water and dried.
