加味当归补血汤联合抗组胺药物治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的观察加味当归补血汤联合抗组胺药物治疗慢性荨麻疹(Chronic Urticaria,CU)患者临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的慢性荨麻疹患者134例,分为对照组(n=67)和观察组(n=67)。对照组给予抗组胺药物,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味当归补血汤治疗。评价两组患者临床疗效,比较两组各项症状积分、血清中炎症因子、免疫功能,复发率及不良反应。结果治疗后对观察组临床疗效较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),症状积分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清炎症因子CRP、TNF-α、IL-4 及 IL-10水平降低(P<0.05),血清补体C3、C4升高,IgE含量显著降低(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味当归补血汤联合抗组胺药物显著提高CU患者临床疗效,为患者的生活质量提供可靠基础。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Modified Danggui Buxue decoction combined with anti-histamine in patients with chronic urticaria.Methods The 134 patients with chronic urticaria who meet the diagnostic criteria are divided into control group (n=67) and observation group (n=67).The control group is treated with anti-histamine cetirizine tablets,and the observation group is treated with Modified Danggui Buxue decoction on the basis of control group treatment.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and to compare the scores of symptoms,inflammatory factors in serum,immune function,recurrence rate and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the cure rate and efficiency of the observation group is significantly improved (P<0.05),the symptom score of the observation group is significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the serum inflammatory factor CRP,TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-10 level of the observation group are significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The serum complement C3,C4 increased significantly and the IgE content decreased in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).The recurrence rate is significantly decreased in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Buxue decoction combined with anti-histamine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of CU patients,which can provide a reliable basis for improving the clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients.
