摘　　要：目的对某中医医院2015—2019年中药注射剂的使用情况进行分析,为临床合理应用中药注射剂提供参考。方法调取五年间该院中药注射剂的使用数据,对用药品种、金额、用药频度、日均费用、排序比、合理用药、不良反应等进行统计,分析使用情况及用药规律。结果中药注射剂占全年药品销售金额比例整体呈下降趋势,肿瘤用药占全年中药注射剂销售金额的50%左右,临床选择的品种主要倾向于心脑血管、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病的治疗。结论对中药注射剂的使用制定合理措施,加强监管,可有效地防控中药注射剂不良反应/不良事件的发生,保障患者的用药疗效和安全。Objective To analyze the usage of TCM injections in a hospital from 2015 to 2019,thus providing reference for the rational use of TCM injections in clinical practice.Methods The usage data of TCM injections in the hospital over the past 5 years are collected to make statistics of the drug variety,consumption sum,defined daily dose,average daily cost,drug sequence ratio,rational use of drugs and adverse reaction,so as to analyze the usage and medication rules.Results The proportion of TCM injections in the annual drug consumption sum presents a downward trend as a whole,with anti-tumor drugs accounting for about 50% in the annual consumption sum of TCM injections.The drugs for treating cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,tumors and respiratory diseases are preferred in clinical use.Conclusion Reasonable measures should be developed for the use of TCM injections to exercise stronger oversight,effectively prevent and control the occurrence of adverse reactions/adverse events brought by TCM injections and ensure the efficacy and safety of medication in patients.
