供应链金融视角下农户融资困境缓解的策略研究

摘　　要：供应链金融作为一种创新型融资模式,基于供应链内部的契约关系及核心企业的资信度为产业链上下游主体提供融资,有利于拓宽农户的融资渠道,降低农户与银行间的信息不对称程度,提升农户的信贷能力,缓解农户融资约束。为促进供应链金融缓解农户融资困境作用的发挥,提出需要农户、农业龙头企业、金融机构、政府等合力建设的建议。Farmers are the main force in the development of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.However,it is still common for them that financing is difficult and expensive,which is not conducive to the development of agricultural industry and the realization of rural revitalization strategies.As an innovative financing model,supply chain finance provides financing for upstream and downstream entities based on the contractual relationship within the supply chain and the creditworthiness of core enterprises,which is conducive to broadening the financing channels for farmers,reducing the degree of information asymmetry between farmers and banks,improving the credit capacity of farmers,and alleviating the financing constraints of farmers.In order to promote the role of supply chain finance in alleviating the financing predicament of farmers,this paper proposes a need to the joint efforts of the farmers,leading agricultural enterprises,financial institutions,governments,and so on in doing it.
