摘 要:针对某船舶环状冷媒水系统冬季负荷特点,提出采用单泵及双泵供全船全年用户支路冬季运行2种模式。通过对该系统的仿真模拟,研究不同工况下,船舶在冬季运行模式下的全年用户支路的流量分配、水力平衡特性以及系统的水力稳定性。对单泵模式,任意1台水泵供水均能使全船各全年用户支路流量达到设计值的70%左右,支路最大不平衡率小于1%;在不同工况下,同一支路的流量最大偏差为7.27%~7.41%。对双泵模式,任意2台水泵联合供水均能使全船全年用户支路流量达到设计值的100%左右,且无水力失衡现象;在不同双泵联合运行工况下,同一支路的流量最大偏差小于5%。结果表明,对于船舶环状冷媒水系统单泵运行或者双泵运行可满足船舶部分负荷以及满负荷冬季工况需要,水力稳定性小于15%,满足工程需求。According to the load demands of the loop refrigerant water system of a ship in winter,this paper proposes two operation modes,i.e.,the single-pump mode and the double-pump mode,to supply cooling water to all the full-year user branches of the ship in winter.By using numerical simulations,studied are the flow distribution,hydraulic balance and hydraulic stability of all the full-year user branches under different operation conditions.For the single pump mode,any one pump can make the flow rates of all the full-year user branches reaching 70%of the design values or so while the flow imbalance ratio is less than 1%without hydraulic imbalance.The maximum relative deviation of the flow rate of the same branch ranges from 7.27%to 7.41%when different single pump is used.For the double-pump mode,any two pumps can make the flow rates of all the full-year user branches reaching 100%of the design values while the flow imbalance ratio is less than 1%.The maximum deviation of the flow rate of the same branch is less than 5%.The single pump operation or double pump operation for the loop refrigerant water system can meet the ship’s partial load and full load in winter condition,and the hydraulic stability is less than 15%,which meets the engineering needs.
