摘  要:由于ICT(信息通信技术)快速发展,在技术经济变化指引下,通讯设备下沉成为趋势。简陋机房、楼道网络箱、室外柜代替传统机房,导致系统产品靠近终端已逐渐成为主流。在这些恶劣的环境,IP20设备特别是开孔的风冷设备在灰尘、腐蚀性气体、水汽作用下容易发生腐蚀问题,导致设备故障。同时,在含硫环境的现实条件下,提高产品的可靠性需要从系统级、产品级、元器件材料级着手控制。基于已有的失效案例,重点对胶材是否加速硫化进行研究,从定性研究和定量研究两方面得出风险等级,指导胶材应用。Due to the rapid development of ICT(information and communication technology),under the guidance of technological and economic changes,the sinking of communication equipment has become a trend.It has gradually become the mainstream that the system products are close to the terminal due to the crude computer room,corridor network box,outdoor cabinet instead of traditional computer room.In these harsh environments,IP20 equipment,especially the air-cooled equipment with holes,is prone to corrosion problems under the action of dust,corrosive gas and water vapor,leading to equipment failure.At the same time,under the realistic condition of sulfur-containing environment,to improve the reliability of products,it is necessary to control from the system level,product level and component material level.Based on the existing failure cases,whether the adhesives accelerates vulcanization is mainly studied,and the risk level is obtained from qualitative and quantitative research,so as to guide the application of the adhesives.
