摘　　要：随着汽车尾气排放所造成的大气污染日益严重,清洁汽油已成为世界范围的关注热点。汽油中的含硫化合物,不但燃烧后生成SOx导致酸雨形成,还会毒化汽车尾气催化转化器,因此,如何有效降低汽油中的硫含量,成为生产清洁燃料汽油的关键。本论文通过在乙基纤维素基体中固载C_(60)制备固载膜,进而用于渗透汽化汽油脱硫。研究C_(60)与不同汽油组分间的相互作用,并对固载膜进行热处理,分析不同的热处理温度下,固载膜内C_(60)团簇结构的变化对汽油组分在固载膜中传质行为的影响规律,揭示了汽油组分在固载膜内C_(60)团簇间的传质过程和机理,并获得了通量的大幅度增加,实现了具有"Anti-Trade-Off"效应的高效汽油脱硫,为固载膜汽油脱硫的工业化应用打下坚实的基础。Owing to the increasingly serious air pollution caused by automotive exhaust emission,clean gasoline has become a worldwide focus.The combustion of sulfur compounds in gasoline caused not only the formation of acid rain,but also the poison of auto exhaust gas catalytic converter.Therefore,reducing the sulfur content in gasoline effectively was the key to produce clean fuel gasoline.EC/C60 fixed-site carrier membranes were prepared for gasoline desulfurization by pervaporation,and the interaction between C60 and gasoline components was studied.EC/C60 fixed-site carrier membranes were treated with different heat-treat temperatures,and the influence regularity of the structural change of C60 clusters to the mass transfer behaviors of gasoline components in the membranes was analyzed.The mass transfer process and mechanism of gasoline components among C60 clusters in the membranes were revealed.The significant increase in flux was obtained.The high-efficiency gasoline desulfurization with Anti-Trade-Off effect was achieved,which helped to lay a solid foundation for the industrial application of the fixed-site carrier membranes for gasoline desulfurization.
