摘  要:本研究采用江西广源化工有限责任公司生产的超细硅灰石在白色PVC压延膜中部分代替钛白粉,并系统研究了其在装饰膜、木纹膜和遮盖布等PVC压延制品中的应用研究。结果表明:装饰膜配方中采用硅灰石部分替代钛白粉,样品的拉伸强度、密度和硬度未观察到明显的改变,但白度有所下降;木纹膜中采用硅灰石部分替代钛白粉,产品的遮盖力更好,白度也能达到要求,同时其拉伸强度、密度和硬度基本保持不变;遮盖布中采用硅灰石部分替代钛白粉,产品遮盖力达到要求,白度有所降低,拉伸强度、密度和硬度基本保持不变。In this study,ultrafine wollastonite produced by Jiangxi Guangyuan Chemical Co.,Ltd.was used to partially replace titanium dioxide in white PVC calendering film,and its application in PVC calendered products such as decorative film,wood grain film and covering cloth was systematically studied.The results showed that when the wollastonite was used to partially replace titanium dioxide in decorative film,the tensile strength,specific gravity and hardness of the samples were not significantly changed,but the whiteness was decreased slightly.When the wollastonite was used to partially replace titanium dioxide in wood grain film,the covering power of the products was better,the whiteness could also meet the requirements,and the tensile strength,specific gravity and hardness were basically unchanged.In the case that wollastonite was used to partially replace titanium dioxide in covering cloth,the covering power of the products could meet the requirements,the whiteness was reduced,and the tensile strength,specific gravity and hardness remained unchanged.
