摘 要:涡北选煤厂针对重介系统介质消耗高问题,从洗选工艺流程、设备选型和磁介质回收等方面分析了洗选工艺系统中增加介耗消耗的主因,并提出降低介质消耗的技改措施,通过采用CSS粗煤泥分选机和引进新型脱泥筛、旋流器,有效降低介质的消耗,保证悬浮液的稳定性,达到节能降耗目标,提高了生产效率与质量。Aiming at the problem of high media consumption in the heavy media system,the the main causes of increased media consumption in the washing process system from the aspects of washing process flow of Wobei Coal Preparation Plant was analyzed,with equipment selection and magnetic media recovery.The technical improvement measures to reduce the media consumption was put forward,through the use of CSS coarse coal slurry separator and the introduction of new type of desliming screen and cyclone,the media consumption was effectively reduced,the stability of the suspension was ensured to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction,and improve the production efficiency and quality.
