摘　　要：针对真空干燥箱在中药浸膏干燥过程中,耗时长,生产速度慢,严重影响生产效率的问题,分析了真空干燥箱传热效率低、干燥缓慢和能耗大的原因,及水分快速蒸发、从液态到固态和物料固态干燥的3个过程阶段,提出了改善对流换热、改善热传导、破坏板结面和机械振动等解决方案。In view of the long time consuming and slow production speed of vacuum drying oven in the drying process of traditional chinese medicine extract,which seriously affects the production efficiency,this paper analyzes the reasons of low heat transfer efficiency,slow drying and high energy consumption of vacuum drying oven,and three process stages of rapid evaporation of water,from liquid to solid and solid drying of materials.The solutions of improving convective heat transfer,improving heat conduction,destroying plate surface and mechanical vibration are put forward.
