摘　　要：工业遗产是后工业转型过程中遗留的承载着城市发展过程中的文化和记忆的空间资源。出于对土地资源不足及废弃工业用地闲置资源浪费等生态环境和能源问题的考虑,笔者在了解了工业遗产保护与改造的可行性后,通过对现今我国工业遗存地保护与再利用问题进行解析和梳理,思考如何让承载了城市工业发展史的工业遗产保留其原有的建筑风格适应性再利用。文章以大连前革水泥厂为例,通过实地考察与分析针对大连实际情况,从利用原有建筑、空间的功能更新、室外景观环境的优化三个方面使其有机地融入城市空间,保证能最大限度地利用现有资源传承和延续其文化,且满足新时代公众对生活需求,以此为工业遗存地的保护与再利用提供一个新的思路,同时也为城市的更新融合发展提供有效的帮助。Industrial heritage is a space resource that carries culture and memory in the process of urban development left over from the process of post-industrial transformation.Out of consideration of the ecological environment and energy issues such as insufficient land resources and waste of waste industrial land,the author is understanding After the feasibility of protection and transformation of industrial heritage,through analyzing and sorting out the problems of protection and reuse of industrial heritage in my country today,thinking about how to make the industrial heritage that bears the history of urban industrial development retain its original architectural style and adaptive reuse.This article takes Dalian Qiange Cement Plant as an example,through field investigation and analysis of the actual situation in Dalian,from the reuse of the original building,the update of the space function,and the optimization of the outdoor landscape environment,the industrial heritage is organically integrated into the urban space,ensure the maximum use of existing resources to inherit and continue its culture,and can meet the public's needs for life in the new era.Thereby providing a new idea for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage sites,at the same time,it also provides effective help for the renewal and integration of the city.
