东北老工业基地振兴与地域文化旅游开发策略研究

摘　　要：国家"十四五"规划期间,旅游业将承担更为重大的历史使命,政府及旅游管理部门应做出导向性、战略性的规划部署。东北地区旅游资源丰富,构建旅游文化产业链已经成为发展经济的有效途径。因此,应该利用一切有利条件,大力开发地域文化旅游。文章通过分析旅游资源开发规划现状及OTA旅游评价数据,提出东北老工业基地振兴及地域文化旅游开发策略,完善地域旅游联盟和服务体系,深度融入"一带一路"建设,从而提升东北地区的经济发展水平。During the national"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the tourism industry will assume more significant historical mission,the government and tourism management departments should make orientation,strategic planning and deployment.Northeast China is rich in tourism resources,and it has become an effective way to develop economy to build tourism cultural industry chain.Therefore,we should take advantage of all favorable conditions to develop regional cultural tourism.By analyzing the status quo of tourism resource development planning and OTA tourism evaluation data,this paper proposes strategies for the revitalization of old industrial bases in northeast China and regional cultural tourism development,improves regional tourism alliance and service system,and deeply integrates into the construction of"the Belt And Road",so as to improve the economic development level of northeast China.
