摘　　要：在我国快速城镇化的背景下,大城市边缘区城乡空间的剧烈变动伴随着大规模村庄拆迁事件的发生,给周边村庄居民带来拆迁来临的强烈信号。在拆迁预期下,乡村居民在土地利用、房产处置等方面都做出了相应的行为决策,并在空间上得以呈现。文章以南京市城郊某村为例,对照相同区位的其他村庄,调查在村民拆迁预期下村民的空间行为及表征;详细分析空间现象的危害和形成机制,探讨可行的解决策略。During the rapid urbanization in China,the dramatic changes in the outskirts of large cities are accompanied by large-scale village demolition events,which brings a strong signal to the farmers of surrounding villages.In anticipation of demolition and relocation,farmers have made corresponding behavioral decisions in terms of land use and housing disposal,etc.and are presented in space.This paper takes a village in the suburbs of Nanjing as an example,comparing with another village in the same location,investigates the spatial behavior and phenomenon of farmers under excepted demolition;analyzes the hazards and formation mechanisms of spatial phenomena in detail,and explores feasible solutions.
