老城复兴中商住性传统街区更新活化策略——以郓城县北门街区为例

摘　　要：作为城市发展的重要见证,承载着商品交换、日常生活等重要功能的商住性传统街区正逐渐被边缘化,街区现有基础设施、物质环境、建筑空间等不能满足居民现代商业活动、日常生活的需要,亟待更新与活化。文章以郓城县北门街区为例,通过查阅整理历史文献、实地调研、访谈座谈,梳理了街区的区域环境、历史演进、物质环境、文化生态,总结了街区现状存在的问题,针对现状问题提出了明确功能定位激发街区活力、凸显历史要素传承传统文化、改善物质环境提升空间品质、保护原生居民维护原真韵味需求四项更新活化策略,以期对商住性传统街区的更新活化工作有所助益。As an important witness of urban development,commercial and residential traditional blocks carrying important functions such as commodity exchange and daily life are gradually being marginalized.The existing infrastructure,physical environment and building space of blocks cannot meet the needs of residents'modern business activities and daily life,and they need to be updated and activated urgently.The article takes the Beimen block of Yuncheng as an example,for current situation,proposed four clear and active strategies for stimulating the vitality of the block,highlighting the historical elements,inheriting traditional culture,improving the physical environment and the quality of the space,and protecting the need of original residents to maintain the original charm,so that it will be helpful to the renewal and activation of traditional commercial and residential blocks.
