摘  要:针对集装箱船线型变化大、平行中体小、开口尺寸及箱脚位置精度要求高、首尾空间狭小,建造过程中船体精度控制较为困难的问题,以3600 TEU装箱船为例,从设计策划、钢料切割、分段制作、分段搭载等整个船舶建造流程采用精度控制关键工艺,确保本船船制造精度符合标准要求。The container ships have the characteristics of large linear change,small parallel middle body,high accuracy of opening size and box foot position,and narrow space at the fore and aft,which results in the difficulty of hull precise control during the construction process.Taking 3600 TEU container ships as an example,the key technological measures for precision control were adopted in the whole ship construction process including design planning,steel cutting,section production and section loading,so as to ensure that the ship’s shipbuilding accuracy meets the standard requirements.
