政府干预、市场内生型经济扭曲与区域经济协调发展

摘　　要：在两阶段古诺博弈模型演绎的基础上,基于市场内生型经济扭曲视角,分别实证分析了先发省份与后发省份政府干预对区域经济协调发展的影响及其中介机制与调节效应。研究发现:市场内生型经济扭曲的加剧对区域经济协调发展的影响效应是负向的;政府干预对先发省份市场内生型经济扭曲的缓解效应更强,进而形成对区域经济协调发展的正向影响效应;政府干预对后发省份市场内生型经济扭曲的缓解效应更弱,进而形成对区域经济协调发展的负向影响效应;随着市场内生型经济扭曲的加剧,先发省份政府干预对区域经济协调发展的正向效应会随之弱化,后发省份政府干预对区域经济协调发展的负向效应会随之弱化。此外还发现,适度的政府干预与提升市场化程度对区域经济协调发展具有显著的正向影响。Based on the two-stage Cournot game model and the perspective of market endogenous economic distortion,this paper empirically analyzes effect of government intervention on regional economic coordinated development and its intermediary mechanism and regulatory effect in the developed provinces and the developing provinces.The results show that the aggravation of market endogenous economic distortion has a negative effect on the regional economic coordinated development.In the developed provinces,the government intervention has a stronger mitigation effect on the endogenous economic distortion,and then forms a positive effect on the regional economic coordinated development.In the developing provinces,the government intervention has a weaker mitigation effect on the market endogenous economic distortion,and thus has a negative impact on the regional economic coordinated development.With the aggravation of the market endogenous economic distortion,the positive effect of the government intervention in the developed provinces on the regional economic coordinated development will be weakened,and the negative effect of the government intervention in the developing provinces on the regional economic coordinated development will be weakened.In addition,the moderation of government intervention and the improvement of marketization have a significant positive impact on the regional economic coordinated development.
