摘　　要：从故障现象原因入手,根据先外后内、先简后繁原则,对故障进行由外到内,先易到难的检查,然后依据厂家提供的数据参数,运用专用检测设备,对电机内部进行精确测量,通过数据对比分析,最终确定故障根源。This paper starts from the causes of the fault phenomenon,according to the principle of first outside then inside,first simple then complex,check the fault from outside to inside,first easy to difficult,and then according to the data parameters provided by the manufacturer,use the special detection equipment to accurately measure the internal of the motor,through the data comparative analysis,finally determine the root cause of the fault.
