摘  要:在船舶与海洋平台中,空调管路系统噪声是舱室噪声的主要来源之一,风机与管路元件流动噪声通过管路系统与管口传递至舱室,布风器处于管路系统的末端,是连接管路系统与舱室之间的重要元件,在空调系统噪声控制中起重要作用。针对管路系统管口辐射噪声,在兼顾气动性能及声学效果基础上,提出新型低噪声布风器结构形式,采用数值模拟方法开展布风器阻力损失、气流再生噪声与传声损失的计算评估。结果表明,低噪声布风器的气动性能与声学效果均优于传统结构形式。In the ship and offshore platform,the noise of air-conditioning system is one of the main sources of cabin noise.The flow-noise of the fan and pipeline elements is transmitted to cabin through pipeline and outlet.The air distributor is an important ventilation terminal element connecting the pipeline system and cabin,and plays a key role in noise control.Aiming at the radiation noise at the outlet of pipeline system and considering both aerodynamic performance and acoustic effect,a new type of low noise air distributor structure is proposed.The resistance loss,air regeneration noise and sound transmission loss of the air distributor are calculated and evaluated by numerical simulation method.It is concluded that the aerodynamic performance and acoustic effect of the low noise air distributor are better than those of the traditional structures.
