摘  要:针对新一代消防安全设施中对甲烷浓度动态监测的需求,采用ZigBee技术设计了以红外甲烷传感器为核心的甲烷气体探测系统。该系统设计以低噪声运放和高精度A/D为前端输入,辅以White气室结构增加光程,后端软件采用多种补偿和拟合算法消除复杂环境干扰等程序模块。通过CC2530芯片构建的无线信号处理手段实现无通讯信号线铺设,达到了区域内自组网有效避让遮挡物的目的。结果表明该红外甲烷探测器运行稳定,抗遮挡性能提升80%以上且动态检测范围可满足实际应用中的甲烷检测要求。Aiming at the dermand of methane concentration dynamic monitoring in the new generation of fire safety facilities,a methane gas detection system based on infrared methane sensor is designed by using ZigBee technology.The front-end input of the system is equipped with low-noise operational amplifier with high-precision A/D,supplemented by White chamber structure to increase the optical path,and meanwhile the software adopts a variety of compensation and fitting algorithms to eliminate the interference of complex environment.The wireless signal processing method based on CC2530 chip could effectively avoid the occlusion in the regional ad hoc network.The results show that the infrared methane detector runs stably,and the anti-occlusion performance is improved by more than 80%,and the dynamic range of the detection system can meet the requirements of methane detection in practical application.
