摘  要:换流阀用晶闸管作为高压直流输电系统的核心器件,其运行时的性能状态直接决定了输电系统的安稳运行。在实际运维过程中,晶闸管的阻断性能评估测试作为重要定检项目之一,因设备条件限制、评估条件不充分、数量庞大等因素无法实现准确、高效的测试,基于此,提出一种工程运用级的晶闸管阻断特性评估方法及实现换流阀用晶闸管阻断特性评估系统显得尤为重要。结合IEC 60700-1标准,通过建立多维状态函数,基于晶闸管阻断特性模型进行阻断特性策略设计,开发一种以ATmega16单片机为控制核心的晶闸管阻断特性评估系统。现场试验结果证明,该评估方法及系统设计合理,符合工程需求。Thyristor in converter valve is one core equipment in HVDC transmission power system,which has directly affected the safe and stable operation of power system.As a regular test during operation and maintenance,the diagnosis of thyristor blocking characteristics could not be effectively and accurately achieved,which is limited by the short of test instrument and assessment method,resulting in large workload.Thus,there is an urgent demand that coming up with a method and system to evaluate the status of thyristor blocking characteristics in converter valve.In this paper,a model for evaluating the status of thyristor blocking characteristics is established based on multi-dimension analysis and IEC 60700-1 standard,then the evaluating system for thyristor blocking characteristics based on ATmega16 MCU is designed and tested,which is proved rationality and meeting the need of engineering application by the practical test results.
