摘　　要：民法典的颁布实施对任何一个国家和时代都具有里程碑式的意义。在世界范围内,无论是原生法典还是继受法典,其颁布实施均非易事。根据中外法制史的经验,民法典的顺利颁布实施必须具备稳定的政治环境、强大的国力支持、平等自由的社会环境、稳定的经济环境和成熟的民法理论等基本条件。我国已具备上述条件,将为民法典的实施提供有力保障。此外,民法典还需要通过各民事单行法的完善和司法解释、指导案例的推出,使其更加鲜活饱满,从而进一步完善我国民事法律体系,为社会和经济的健康发展提供支持.The issuance and implementation of the"Civil Code5'is a landmark for any country and era.The issuance and implementation of the original or succeeding code is not an easy thing worldwide.Judging from the experience of Chinese and foreign legal history,a successful Civil Code must have basic conditions such as stable political environment,strong national support,equal and free social environment,stable economic environment,and mature civil law theory.China already has the conditions mentioned above,which will provide a strong guarantee for the implementation of the Civil Code.In addition,the Civil Code needs to be made more vivid and full through the improvement of individual civil laws and the introduction of judicial interpretations and guidance cases,so as to further improve China's civil legal system and provide support for the healthy development of society and economy.
