摘 要:带有转换结构的上盖开发地铁车辆段以其能够节约土地资源、提高经济效益的优点,现今广泛运用于地铁工程建设,而各类转换层结构方案的优劣比选和验证工作尚为鲜见。基此,罗列了现今上盖开发车辆段采用的各种转换层结构形式,结合工程实际运用情况,归纳了各类转换结构的优缺点。然后,以佛山南海车辆段上盖开发工程为例,对其典型结构分区进行弹性分析、小震时程分析、中震验算、静力弹塑性分析,验证梁式转换结构的可行性和适用性。验证结果表明,梁式转换结构计算和设计过程简捷,抗震性能良好,可作为上盖开发地铁车辆段工程优先选用。Upper cap development above the metro depots with beam transfering structure has been widely used in the metro depot construction project for its advantage of saving land resources and improving economic efficiency nowadays.However,comparison and verification for advantages and disadvantages of various transferring styles have rarely been done.Based on this situation,various styles of transfering story for metro depot has been listed and their advantages and disadvantages have been induced combining with engineering practice in this paper.And then,as an example,elastic analysis,history analysis of small earthquakes,medium earthquake analysis,static elastoplastic analysis have been done for a typical structural zone of Huandao metro depot in Nanhai Foshan,verifying the feasibility and superiority of beam transfering structure.The verification results shows that beam transfering structure has simple calculation and designing process as well as good seismic performance so that it can be used as the preferred option for upper cap development above the metro depots.
