摘 要:工程招投标是建筑工程市场最主要的交易方式,通过招投标选择出最合适的中标人,实现资源优化配置。其步骤:首先,根据评标标准将评标方法分为最低价中标和综合评标法;然后,通过调研部分省市综合评标法的评价指标及权重,利用层次分析法对指标进行排序,并利用模糊综合评标法消除评委对评价指标的主观判断;最后,通过计算实例,验证模糊综合评标法在工程施工综合评标法中的应用效果。Project auction and biding is the most important method in construction engineering market,the most suitable winning bidder is selected through the auction mechanism to realize the optimal allocation of resources.Firstly,the bid evaluation methods are divided into the lowest bid method and the comprehensive evaluation method according to the bid evaluation standards.Then,investigating the evaluation indexes and weights of some provincial comprehensive bid evaluation methods,the indexes are sorted by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),alleviating the bidding evaluation expert’s subjective judgment of evaluation index by fuzzy comprehensive bid evaluation method.Finally,the application effect of fuzzy comprehensive bid evaluation method in engineering construction is verified by a calculating example.
