摘　　要：以平潭环岛路污水管线工程为背景,针对孤石、中风化花岗岩地层,选择采用岩石泥水平衡顶管机施工。该工程通过顶力计算确定顶管技术参数,从穿墙顶进、正常顶进、膨润土泥浆配置、泥浆管布置及注浆孔布置、纠偏测量等方面的岩石顶管施工关键技术。现场监测数据表明,该顶管施工方案安全可靠,周边地面沉降控制在安全允许范围,取得了较好的工程效果。Taking Pingtan Huandao Road sewage pipeline project as the background,aiming at Boulder and moderately weathered granite stratum,the rock slurry balance pipe jacking machine is selected for construction.The technical parameters of pipe jacking are determined by jacking force calculation,and the key technologies of rock pipe jacking construction are discussed from the aspects of through wall jacking,normal jacking,bentonite slurry configuration,slurry pipe layout and grouting hole layout,deviation correction measurement,etc.The field monitoring data show that the pipe jacking construction scheme is safe and reliable,the surrounding ground settlement is controlled in the safe allowable range,and good engineering effect is achieved.
